Not sure why so few reviews of this App
Been using for a while. Very useful as you can track but also get a vibration so you can change position. One question I have is about payment and data privacy - I was asked earlier that I could pay a one time fee if I shared my data. Don’t think I chose it but I can’t tell what option I have now. Happy to hear how to check it. The other is about effectiveness of vibration- it would be good to see timing of vibrations with the snoring so one can tell if they helped with the position change.

Have you every wished that somebody would give you a poke when you start snoring BEFORE you annoy your partner by needing them do it? This app is perfect, especially if you have an Apple Watch. You can customise notification type and volume to give you just enough of a tap to disrupt any snoring and let you continue sleeping in peace (and importantly quiet!). The App takes a couple of days to calibrate itself to your sleeping habits as well as background noise in your bedroom and very rapidly becomes extremely accurate. You can always tweak the detection and notification thresholds to make it truly customised and very effective. You can also review recordings of previous evening’s sleep sessions to make sure that the calibration is just right. A really fantastic app that does exactly what it says on the tin.
