Get started:
To get started, you just need your Customer Relationship Number (CRN), your Debit / Credit Card PIN or your Net Banking password to get started. The app will take you through a one-time activation process when you login for the first time.
Kotak Bank App requires following permissions:
- Contacts: This is required to allow you fetching mobile number while mobile / DTH recharge or sharing IFSC/MMID
- Location: This is required for Branch / ATM locator
- Photos / Media / Files / Camera: This is required to let you access gallery / click an image to set profile picture.
- Phone: This is required to let you dial customer contact center
- SMS: This is required to auto activate the device during activation process.

Doesn’t get UPi request on time

Wastes a lot of time for simple requests of UPi approval

Good support from Kotak Yelahanka branch.

Good support from Kotak branch Yelahanka, as well as mobile banking app.and it is good to get advises from Yelahanka branch.

Unnecessary charges always !

Sneakily try to add charges and send unnecessary cards ! Zero ethics . Be aware and keep track of random charges

App does not work

App is mostly down on many days and there is no notification of scheduled maintenance or so. In short not at all worthy app. Please do some improvements

Good app

I have used most of the apps. You can rate icici and hdfc at highest. I opened a new account . Now 811 is stopped. I preferred normal account after poor support from DBS Digi bank. They have been struggling with their app. I found upi payments happen so quickly and so am not using gpay.. etc also the phone support was good for the new account.. the UI could be better but I use it mostly for expenses and upi.. I found it ok. An expense category wise report would have been better. Did not find that..

Very convenient and easy app.

App is very slow dose not recognise QR code all way server issue totally waste of time to relay on this app on emergency transaction

The worst mobile banking app I ever used nothing just loading just loading I’m sick of it i don’t want to give any start it’s doesn’t deserve 1 star improve your app
