It stuck don’t open for existing customers
Worst banking app ever! Always having issues over and over again.! Its not reliable at all and server is down oftenly as well.. Really regret taking Kotak Bank. Hope they update the app quickly and fix the bugs and issues. So not satisfied with the app. I do not recommend it!
No other bank charges these exhorbitant fees
App doesn’t work for small screen devices. If you have iPhone SE or iPhone Mini. You are unable to scroll down to existing accounts to login. There is no way to report issue to the bank of the problem of the App. You have to use a browser to access account. App is useless unless you are on iPhone Pro Max size screen.
This app has plethora of things to do but the app design is extremly poor. UX Designer did a good job but development team couldn’t build the UI. This app doesn’t save the state so any switch from this app to any other app or homescreen will male you lose the state were you were in the app and everything has to be restarted from scratch. Who develops such interfaces where you can’t preserve the state of the customer and everytime this app is switched, the state is gone. Biggest issue is when talking to the bot. First of all the bot has no machine learning and can’t reply to most of the questions. Then finally you get connected to customer service but even accidently switching the app will make you lose the iframe of customer care chat and all your wait and struggle is gone for a toss, restart again to connect to th agent. Every company on the globe are trying to minimize human interaction but kotak is the only company which is still living in stone age and believes that a customer can only be served after he calls the customer care and there is no thing called self serve.
I have an NRI/NRE account in USA and I’m unable to do transactions in India through UPI feature in mobile app. I’m getting country code error while doing any transaction in India. I’m currently travelling to India and this is highly inconvenient as every business in India is using UPI for payments. Please fix this asap
After installing the app it does not show option for login for existing user. One can only apply as a new customer
Really a struggle to use the app. Faces a technical issue every other time.
