I downloaded the app and have tried to make a user account three times. Every time I get to the verification email I get stuck because it will not send me a verification email. A very very expensive keyed lock is all I got and no use of the app whatsoever.
The app keeps crashing. I cant even make a user acount without the app crashing. This is ridiculous, paying $200+ for something you still have to use a key with!? My girlfriend tried to do it on her phone and she at lest can get past making a user acoint but it wont send her the verification email so she cant access anything either. I was really excited to find a bluetooth enabled lock not one that uses wifi and it was really promising.. just sucks its no more than the most expensive deadbolt lock I’ve ever bought now.
You have to be within a VERY short range to kick the doors. I am maybe 10 feet away from my back door and it will not lock using the app. Disappointing.
The setup was so easy and the app works really well I can lock and unlock my door from my phone. Very happy with the purchase!
I can not even connect it as when you are trying to Bluetooth connect the app freezes and stalls.
When using on iOS 14, you can’t edit any user codes.
