Terrible
This app is terrible. 9 times out of 10 the app doesn’t even connect to the lock when I’m at home. Also, I should be able to check the lock status no matter where I am outside of the home.

Absolutely Terrible
It can’t get any worse. Doesn’t work… period
Worked then it stopped
Frustrating. The Auto Unlock worked, but now it won’t. Why?
I can’t believe they have an app this bad.
This app is horrible. It took us an hour to reset two devices and set the access code. That app makes no sense, you have to be lucky and do something out of 3 different manuals.
Lock always disconnects from app
This app needs to be improved. It’s annoying that 1. It disconnects from the lock 2. The lock batteries have to be changed every month or two months.
Not helpful
This app is horrible. When reading instructions on how to connect Bluetooth or WiFi it always says to refer to the app but there is literally no option for what the instructions are telling me.
No good
Downloaded app and will not let me register. Keeps giving me error that it’s not connected to internet, but it is
Total disaster
Whatever you do never ever buy any Kwikset products. Total disaster, poor quality, can’t pair with up. Can’t perform factory reset. Just avoid this is a terrible product.
Great App and Product
The lock itself is nice and looks like a premium product. The Kwikset app also looks polished and supports various features that provide a complete package. The setup was quick, and the main function of adding users and different codes, as well as geo-fencing, makes it a very valuable device that takes advantage of "smart" features.
Great app, easy to use and works well!
Kwikset has done a great job with their lock app, in my opinion. With two locks in use, it’s responsive, easy to use, and just works. As someone who’s used a lot of connected product apps, the “just works” part isn’t a given, unfortunately, so it’s delightful when I have a wholly positive app experience like this one. While it can be a little slow when updating settings, it’s still comparable or better than other solutions I’ve tried from other lock providers. Overall, I’ve been very happy!
