Cannot withdraw money
I had to top up a fixed amount of money much higher than my delivery fee. I cannot find a shipper and want to withdraw the money but the app does not allow me to. What a waste of time!!!

Good app for efficient service
I used it a couple of time, very simple and efficient. Cheap and trustworthy
E-wallet
Wondering why riders still ask me for payment even if I have paid via e-wallet already. It seems like they are not aware or get notified of this option. I experienced this several times already.

Bad experience
I used Lalamove once to move a small piece of furniture. While I told the driver that there would be someone at the collection place to move the item and place it in the lorry, he insisted to do it. Then I got a call from lalamove to charge me extra. Why? He said there were 2 storeys. Wrong! Only one, and he told the seller he wanted to do it. I told lalamove but alas, I paid, BUT I will not use them again! Of course when he arrived at my place he insisted to transport the item in my house, again to charge extra. I declined.

I had great service with Lalamove. The driver was smiling and friendly, it is always a pleasure to get delivered in such a way.
Useful and efficient
I heard of this app from a friend who often use it. I was not disappointed at all ! The delivery is very fast and the driver is pleasant ! I would recommend it anyone for sure

cannot log in after the update. waiting for reset code many times, stil havent receive one

By far the worst customer service I encountered
Not Convenient
Never had an experience of rude drivers. However, it’s so hard to look for a rider! I was booking for 2 hours + tip but still no rider in the area even it says in the app that the order has reached drivers.
