Simply select the required services and choose the dates for collection & delivery, leaving any additional instructions for the driver. Following this, we’ll take care of everything else with the help of our partner cleaning facilities.
• What is the turnaround time?
For standard laundry and dry cleaning services, we have a monthly average of collecting and delivering within 24 hours. Note* duvet and bulky items may require additional time. We will always do our best to let you know in advance if you have included items that will require a longer processing time, or if there are any delivery changes to your order.
• Where do you clean my clothes?
After your items are collected by our driver, they are taken to one of our local partner facilities. Each order is processed separately - Laundry orders are weighed and cleaned, while all other services are individually itemized and processed.
• Can I provide my own detergent?
At this time, we do not offer the option for customers to provide their own laundry detergent, but please let us know if you are allergic to a certain type so we can make sure to avoid it.
• Do you wash my clothes with other people’s clothes?
Absolutely not. Each order is washed separately so no need to worry about that. Your clothes are safe with us!

Punctual, polite and efficient delivery service
Driver was very polite snd arrived within the agreed on time window. Laundry was delivered on time 24 hours later, clean, ironed and well packaged. Impressive!

The fastest and hygienist in Dubai
Pricing is messed up
The advertised pricing and the actual pricing is totally different, in Saudi, they have mentioned pricing for per cloth is 2-3 SAR whereas when they actually bill you they take around 12 SAR PER CLOTH, this is almost a scam. You advertise the wrong stuff. For duvets they mentioned 10 SAR and they are charging 36 SAR. I wanted to make this a weekly thing, this is my last time ever I use it.

طلبت من الظهر عن طريق التطبيق وقالي راح يجيك ياخذ الطلب مابين الساعه 17:00 الى الساعه 20:00 الين طبعا رحت المعهد ورجعت وهو ما جاء كان مداني وديتها مغسله وريحت راسي المشكله ياخذون الفلوس منك مسبقا صراحه ندمت الحين انا لا اقدر اروح ولا اجي الين يوصل لي وياخذ ملابس اليوم هذا ضاع بسببهم والله يستر وقت التوصيل لا اكل نفس المقلب طبعا حاولت اتواصل معاهم اتصال مافيه واذا دخلت تبي ترسل لهم ايميل مافيه مخفين اي شي للتواصل معاهم شكل ابكنسل والله يعوض باللي راح

Customer Service
In the UK the service was good. In France it was the worst service ever, white clothes turned into colored clothes and they lost my shirt and they did absolutely nothing about both of these situations, also when i contacted the customer service they were trying to make it like it’s my fault and not theirs Not recommend, i think you should make your hotel take care about your clothes or you should go and find some places to clean it for you so you can take your rights if there was a problem

It was a disaster, all cloths are damged
All cloth shrank, most stained are still there. It was first and last time to use this crappy services in addition some holes on some shirts. خرب جميع الملابس ، والبقع ما زالت موجودة وجميع الملابس كشت وبهتك وبعضها تقطع
