When i wanted to change the delivery type the app changed my booking date on its own. Then i had to wait for one hour to get a response to get the booking date changed back. They tried hard to fix their mistake but the mistake should have not happened in the first place
I used Laundryheap for 2 times and got a great service - especially the dry cleaning. I have a lot of wool and silk clothing and they do an amazing job. They send back the cleaned items in a day. Highly recommended great value service!

Actually It’s amazing service I have take from Laundryheap. My clothes collected and brought in a proper case it was awesome and for only 1 day to be taken them. And it is just 22 dollars for all of my suitcase has been washed and dried it is awesome

Very quick to collect, very nice driver. I’ll update the review once I get the clean clothes tomorrow :) Update: clothes arrived in time and not any missing items which is good. However, the clothes arrived with a not clean smell and not folded, which other apps offer too for the same price. I’ll go to other place as I didn’t pay to spend my day cleaning my clothes again and folding them. I don’t know what products were used, probably none. Other apps let you chose products used, which is the least since you are paying.
