• How does Laundryheap work?
Simply select the required services and choose the dates for collection & delivery, leaving any additional instructions for the driver. Following this, we’ll take care of everything else with the help of our partner cleaning facilities.
• What is the turnaround time?
For standard laundry and dry cleaning services, we have a monthly average of collecting and delivering within 24 hours. Note* duvet and bulky items may require additional time. We will always do our best to let you know in advance if you have included items that will require a longer processing time, or if there are any delivery changes to your order.
• Where do you clean my clothes?
After your items are collected by our driver, they are taken to one of our local partner facilities. Each order is processed separately - Laundry orders are weighed and cleaned, while all other services are individually itemized and processed.
• Can I provide my own detergent?
At this time, we do not offer the option for customers to provide their own laundry detergent, but please let us know if you are allergic to a certain type so we can make sure to avoid it.
• Do you wash my clothes with other people’s clothes?
Absolutely not. Each order is washed separately so no need to worry about that. Your clothes are safe with us!

Extremly confusing app and unpredictable cost!
I intended to get my cloth washed and my shirts and pants ironed and they converted the service automatically to ‘wash & iron’ for all 30deg, so I ended up paying 100 SGD for getting the 20 pairs of socks in the order washed which makes almost 50% of the total cost! The rest is ok, but this part is just unacceptable to me. Therefore never ever again.

Great and quick service, good quality at a reasonable price. I will definitely keep using the service.
Worst company every
Probably for laziness, I used Laundryheap Dubai for 1 year. Several times clothes got lost, almost 50% of deliveries are delayed by a day and almost 100% of invoices are wrong. You select ‘mixed wash’ or ‘separate wash’ for 55 AED or 110 AED respectively, and Laundryheap charges you for individual clothes items in addition to the basic packages. You buy a prepaid shirts bundle and the shirts are nonetheless billed as prepared. A total blunder. Customer service always friendly, but completely useless. Stay far away from this company.

Good first order
(Dry) cleaned a few items, all done well - returned just in the target delivery times (although picked up late).
Bad service - no costumer centre at all!!!
They collected the items but did not deliver it back!!! It has been rescheduled 4 times and nobody can tell me where is my item!! I have made a question in the live chat but they didn’t reply and blocked me…. No accountability at all.
Never ever again
First experience: Pick-up: ok Delivery: started, canceled. Next day, delivery canceled, wrong address???(strange as they did find it for pick up?) Total time: 4 days instead of one. Gave them another chance (I may have been unlucky). Second experience: Pick-ip: didn't happen Driver on the way for pick-up. No news Next day, order canceled from their side
