Doesn’t work

I bought this app 9 years ago and always use it. It stopped working two weeks ago after updating ios. I reinstalled it again but nothing happens. I can see word list but nothing in front of each word.no pronunciation, no meaning and examples

Fantastic but not

I bought the Longman Dictionary App almost a year ago and use it through my Apple devices (MacBook, iPad, iPhone). End of last year, I noticed it stopped showing the meaning/ sound of the words on my iPhone & iPad. I've tried to fix it in many ways for example deleting and reinstalling or following the script at App Support. It was impossible to fix it! Also, within 'Support' area on the App Store says you might write to support to fix your bug, but they don't show in any part of the content where you may write. It means there is no email contact of them.

LDOCE+ disappeared in App Store

Hi, I purchased LDOCE+ long time ago and have been using it. Now I realized this app is not shown in App Store. What should I do?

Empty screen for words on iOS 17.2.1

I bought a new phone and my previous Longman dictionary shows empty screen. Tried this one and is the same.

App not showing definition

After update ios17.2 , app doesn’t show definition anymore Please fix this issue!!!!

The problem is solved now.

Frustrating

No support and wast of time. I am using for many years but service is very bad now. I bought and activator option but now it is not there. Reload the app then all bookmarks gone.
