When I look up for a word it just show me a blank page I deleted it I instal again but nothing happen

Activation fail
I purchased from my phone bills ..already deducted from my phone but I can not activate the apps.. please find out the solution for me.. thanks
iOS 10
Dear longman I'm using your app regularly . Since I updated my iPhone to iOS 10 , the app has crashed.
Problem to download voice offline file
I have purchased the voice offline file at the price of USD0.99 but after the file is downloaded 100% and when it tried to install, it will keep on waiting( the progress indicator never stop). I terminated the app and download the file again, it will start to resume from 90% and the whole process will repeat. Please help.
Horrible
The app is quit ok and it the best dictionary in the app store but the way the ask previous owners to upgrade is simply awkward. And updates are more awkward.
