Learn Japanese!! Reviews

It's good but not free

I had a nice time using this app to learn how to write in Japanese. It's very useful. I'm just upset it didn't let me go passed lesson 2 of the first lesson unless I paid. I don't recommend this app unless you just want to learn a few characters and nothing else.

Question answer choices overlapping

TrojanMan00000 on

United States

The questions answer choices are overlapping with the “show hint” button. This prevents any progress in lessons. The developer has not updated the app in a long time and refuses to answer any reports.

Listen I’m not hating on this app but you have to pay for it which is greedy learning Hiragana and Katakana should be free so read my review and let me tell you DONT PAY FOR KANA (hiragana and katakana) when learning this is a great app don’t ge5 me wrong but I have a better resource Tofugu.com it lets you learn both Hiragana and Katakana for free and let you print out a free book which you can write in,get quizzed on past kana, and learn everything there is too know about kana, let me say you wanna try this not this app or any other apps, at least look at what can be printed out to see if it works for you it saved me and now I can read fluent hiragana and katakana:)

Great app!! I am learning Japanese to write it and look at it and be able to recognize what it says, and it’s a great app but I recommend doing the lesson 2x because it doesn’t really stay in your memory for long. but overall (so far) it’s a great app!! :D 👋🏼

I am using this app to learn Japanese for abroad studies overseas and so far it’s very good! It helps me learn basic knowledge and it also shows and allows hints so im never a beat behind. 10/10 recommend.

Duolingo is way better

This app is to hard and if you make a mistake than there’s no clue what to do and I’m still stuck on lesson two but when I use Duo it’s way faster and easier I don’t like this app and it’s also boring.😴😐 And if you make a mistake you have to do the whole lesson again! It’s horrible!

I wish I had waited longer to leave a review. Honestly? It’s amazing. But the thing is, it isn’t free, like I thought. It’s still a good app, if you’re willing to pay.

Quick and simple

The lessons only take a few minutes. So it’s easy to do while waiting for something
