On one hand I love that the functionality this app brings into the ecosystem. But it’s often fickle to connect to the phone really detracts from the enjoyment of using it. Other than this, the app is great and I enjoy using it. I download previews first, then use it for first pass of organizing, staring and deleting photos. I almost never use the remote function, simply because it can be fickle to connect to.
Easy to use and easy to transfer from my camera to phone
The Leica app has been working fine until recently it stops showing photos in the connected camera even after multiple rounds of resetting. Hope this gets fixed soon.
Pairing is not stable , always need to repair again and again. The app is not that convenient for the control of timer or others settings. Feel like so expensive camera bit so less function on app.
Need to optimise for ipad pro.
Connecting to D-Lux 7 with Bluetooth & WiFi takes a long time (frequently with WiFi issue). Unable to view & download raw photos (RWL file format). Would really appreciate if the remote function connects faster.
