App doesn’t redeem rewards
For the last few months I have been unable to redeem my reward point on the app. I don’t always have time to go into the store and wait for them to make it. Please find a way to address this.

My sub
I like my subs dressed a particular way and the young lady helping me did exactly as I requested. The sub was really good!
Great Food - garbage app
Lenny’s has some of the best food around. I tolerate the dumpster fire they call an app because the food is that good. Olo is practically predatory, and it will eventually trick you into signing up. Promos never work in app and the pop ups cause me to lose my order progress half the time. I think most reviews here are for the food - not this terrible phone app.
Worst designed app ever made
I would say this app is a joke but yall are a whole company
