No support for the FN6 which makes it worthless. Please update this LG
Worked once GARBAGE APP YOU PEOPLE SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED
It doesn’t properly indicate the battery life in the widget. My Wyze Buds did, then again my LG T90Q earbuds were about $160 more than those so you would imagine it would work better.
Tried to connect my brand new earbuds and they don’t even show up in the app. Good job LG on building another useless app.
Since the latest update to the app I no longer have the ability to use the function that allows my notifications to be read to me and I also can no longer access Siri through my earbuds. This is so disappointing because I have thoroughly enjoyed these buds over the AirPods. Without the use of these functions I sadly will be forced to return to the Apple AirPods.
Not working iPhone 15 pro
I was having the problem where the app would indicate that there were no headphones connected, even when they were connected. I just took the time to read all of the troubleshooting steps, and found: “If you have changed the name the of earbuds in Settings > Bluetooth, change the name to the initial name and connect again. (The initial name can be found in Manual > Connecting.)” I had changed the name, but I don’t have the manual at hand, and I don’t remember the original name, but the app only shows the manual when the device is detected by the app. I found that if I deleted the custom name the original name was replaced where it should be and now the app detects my earbuds again. I’m only giving the app three stars because really LG you should let your customers remade their earbuds however they want like all of your competitors do. Also please give us a list of manuals so we can reference our devices manual wherever we want, regardless of connection status.
I RARELY write reviews but this one is highly annoying. At one point I thought maybe my model isn’t supported, Definitely is! There should be no “tricks” to get it working. This app is pathetic and the programmers need to be fired. Same problem as most, app doesn’t detect headphones. I tried the forgetting and repairing opening and closing holding the button, touching the headphone. NOTHING worked still didn’t detect yet I can pair to my iPhone 13 Pro Max no issues EACH and every time. So all points to crappy programming.
This app works 100% of 100% it says it does 100% of the time. A must have for these sexy, incredible, awesome earbuds IMHO. 💯💯💯
