The earpiece had paired successfully but the app cannot detect.

sometimes works sometimes doesn’t. and what irritates me is that i cannot turn off the ANC on the ear buds so I have to use the app

This app is unable to detect my ear piece.

Since the last update, the app cannot detect the earphones and when it can, the equalizer function does not work making it basically useless. It has been some time now and LG is obviously not in a hurry to do their job and fix it

“No headset available” when open app. Uninstall and reinstalled still no avail. Therefore find headset feature not available etc…

App not usable anymore. please delete this in apps store. Useless app!

Software update keeps “checking for update”. I left it there for 20mins and nothing changes.

App stuck on start page. Has been like that for almost a year without change, can’t use full experience of earbuds. Pls fix soon

as the title says. the equaliser don't work. sometimes it can detect my earbuds, sometimes it can't. the main purpose of the app is for instructions, why???? don't I already have the instruction booklet if I need instructions?? terrible app so are you going to fix this app or not? I want my money back. please contact me.

The app does not work on my iPhone 12. With the FN6 earbuds already connected via BT. The app does not detect and does not get pass the welcome screen. Removed and installed many times to no avail. Hope it gets fixed.
