LG TONE Free

It’s really disappointing that the app doesn’t work for the earbuds. The buds themselves are great but the app that refuses to open after opening once even after a reinstall has made the user experience bitter.

I just got my buds and app. Played around with the sound settings for less than 3 minutes now app won’t open anymore.

Please get developers that are capable of processing an update without bug that completely destroy the user experience. Current version hangs on the opening screen. Earbuds don’t connect on apple, one has to go into settings and tap on the earbuds to force connection.

Or rather, the old ones back. Worked decently(far from flawless but it WORKED), then trainwreck, then mild functionality again until about 2 updates ago. You don’t have to fix it just make it possible to go back,I am Madcon, begging you. Product itself is a marvel. This app though??

App not working. It only shows how to connect and nothing else. Read reviews, seems I’m not the only one

Doesn’t work. Earbuds are connected but the app doesn’t get past the welcome page

When I downloaded the app to connect my FN7’s it worked perfectly, since then, every time I open the app is says that the headset is not available. Please fix this in an update🙏🏼

Loving my new set of LG FN6’s These tone free earbuds are great ! App also help me to manage my controls that my previous set of a competitor brand did not do! Great purchase.

Müll App es funktioniert bei den iphone15 Pro gar nicht…!!!! irgendwie eine Lösung. Das ist alles funktioniert oder? Der App inklusive Kopfhörer werden verschrottet und zurückgebracht.!!!
