First of all thank you for this, it has solve many problems and regional limitations for us. However i would like to see updates and tweaks like customisable alarms. The sound used in the app is so loud and stressful. And is the same for missed readings,high, and low. Please consider these suggestions.

Update: The developer responded and asked if I would like a member of their team to contact me. Sure, I don’t mind at all and I have already submitted my comment to the support team. However, no response! Original comment: Thanks for the very helpful app for parents to follow up their kid blood sugar. However, you should consider the following: 1. The alarm sound is so loud and its volume can’t be adjusted. Please give the option to change the alarm sound and the sound volume 2. There is no way to mute the alarm (snooze) for certain periods (15, 30, 60 min). It is okay to get the alarm but the continuous episodes makes it very annoying and even stop the app! Please make the option to make a snooze or temporarily mute the app. 3. It would be very helpful to follow up the insulin doses and carbs input Thanks

Easy to read easy to use

I’m using this app to track my husbands blood sugar. It’s always worked perfectly but lately I’ve not been getting current readings. I’ll open the app and it won’t even show a number (- -). It’s at least 30+ minutes behind in alerting me of low blood sugar, which can be extremely dangerous. We’ve deleted and reinstalled the app and that didn’t fix it.

I’ve been trying to help my mother manage her blood sugar. I feel like I am constantly calling her and asking her what her sugar is at. This connection will make it so much easier to assist her in managing this important health issue.

This app works only half the time, and it often says there's no recent data for hours on end, but my mom's app works just fine (she is who is wearing the sensor). It's frustrating when I'm not able to see her readings. Please fix this issue as it could be a life or death situation. *Instead of just directing everyone to call customer support, please just fix the issue. **Currently it has been 12 hours of no recent data, through this app. Honestly, that's not acceptable. Not sure how this app has the rating that it does. More often than not, the app fails to show the data it should be showing. How am I supposed to keep an eye on my loved one's readings, if the app doesn't work half the time??? *Please fix this issue as I am clearly not the only that this happens to! And customer support is of no help.
