Liebherr SmartDevice

The user experience is terrible. Just don’t even bother using it in this state. You’ll go through some arduous sign up process just to find out the app itself is more of the same hastily cobbled together rubbish. It’s clear no one at Liebherr hates themselves enough to try to use this app. At this point I’d pull the app from the AppStore out of fear it could damage the brand image and just start over.

Since last upgrade one can not manage the function of the icemaker anymore on the SFNbsd529i I am also not able to manage the temperature of the BioFresh on the SRBbsd529i

I cannot connect. I have a brand new ICNSF5103 and downloaded the app on iPhone 12 Pro When the app asks me to connect to the LH wifi I don’t find it What can I do?

The ipad keyboard does 't pop up so I could not access and test the app's functionality. What did I do wrong?

This app and all its updates has been buggy since the beginning. How difficult can it be to exchange -simple- info between the app and the supported device? A company like Liebherr should be ashamed because it fails it’s customers.

A chaque nouvelle version de l’app, les appareils (frigo, congélateur) ne sont plus reconnus et les alarmes ne sont plus transmises à l’app. Mais ne reçoit aucune notification pour signaler que les appareils ne sont plus surveillés. Quand on ouvre l’app, il faut réintroduire son adresse mail et son mot de passe et il faut reconfigurer les SmartDevice boxes. C’est vraiment pénible.

Die „smarten“ Funktionen der Geräte sind leider lächerlich. Man kann nicht mal Grundeinstellungen per App ändern. Ich kann vom Kauf der Smart Device Box nur abraten. Ist das Geld leider überhaupt nicht wert 🤷🏽‍♂️

Finde die App klasse, nachdem ich die Seriennummer im Info Menü des Gerätes gefunden hatte lief die Einrichtung reibungslos! Besonders die Storage Informationen nutze ich nach jedem Einkauf.

There’s a sticker in the fridge that says you can control the fridge by an app. Ok, I download it, setup an account, dodge their attempt to sell my data, and start the setup process, only to find I need to buy an additional “smart module” to use this functionality? What a joke. My washer and dishwasher work out of the box with HomeConnect. Don’t put the sticker if it’s not actually setup to work.
