After IOS 17.4.0 it is no longer possible to connect to Loxone
Since the last update of Apple iOS 17.4.0, I am no longer able to connect to my Loxone. I tried logging out and logging back in but now I can't get into it. I deleted the app and still not possible. I can still get it on older iOS versions. It is a very annoying problem and has been like this for a month now. I can still reach the server via loxone config on a Windows computer. The problem only occurs on Apple devices newer than 17.4.0. It would be nice if this problem was solved as quickly as possible!! otherwise this is a great app and it worked well without any problems!!
No Connexion
Since the update from iPhone to iOS 17.4.1 I can’t connect to loxone in the app or through safari. Is there a problem with authentication?
Can’t change hours and temp for heating
Since the latest update I can’t change the temperature or the hours.
Update doesn’t work
Na laatste update werkt niets meer !
Intercom
Everything works smooth besides the intercom.
When indoor at home it’s fine.
Ones outdoor, on 4G, it takes ages for video to show and sound is terrible.
We keep missing deliveries due to the poor quality of “wireless intercom”.
Scheduler not working properly
Since the last update setting schedules is not working properly anymore. When selecting days modes are selected instead, so I need to add an entry for each day seperately..
Status is requested
Since last update multiple lamps and shutters are marked with 'status is requested'.
Impossible to control these lamps and shutters via application...
Can’t connect after latest update
Stuck in connecting to the MS after the update. Tried multiple accounts, server is reachable from other devices.
Problems with music server
The app is perfect for all the electrical stuff. But for music with Spotify it’s terrible. Doesn’t want to play full albums, have to select every song manually. This in combination with the music server I expected much better quality for price!
Really bad
Loxone music server is the worst I’ve ever seen, music stops, ip adress fails, doesn’t want to play lists. Worst system ever.
