Pratique mais très instable.
Je suis à mon deuxième Vitoconnect car le premier avait déjà le même souci. Tout va bien pendant des mois, puis un jour impossible de se reconnecter avec l’application.
Jai suivi les étapes recommandées par Viessmann, j’ai testé plusieurs solutions sans succès :
- J’ai redémarré le Vitoconnect et mon modem.
- J’ai débranché et rebranché après plus de 30 secondes le Vitoconnect et redémarré mon modem.
- J’ai réinitialisé le Vitoconnect aux réglages d’usine et redémarré mon modem.
- Pour chacun des essais ci-dessus j’ai à chaque fois supprimé de mes réseaux WIFI celui du Vitoconnect de mon GSM, réalisé un hard reset de mon GSM pour vider la mémoire cache, supprimé et réinstallé l’application.
Après plusieurs essais j’ai enfin pu connecter le Vitoconnect à l’application, mais il réalise une mise à jour du micrologiciel qui n’aboutit jamais alors qu’il tourne pendant plus de 10 minutes, j’ai réalisé plusieurs fois cette opération, donc je suis sans réglages possibles depuis mon GSM.
Dommage ces instabilités car c’est très pratique surtout en hiver.

Goede app! Maar nog steeds… waarom geen aanpassing met halve graden? Zou een meerwaarde zijn. Aangezien de temperatuur in huis veelal 1 graad warmer is dan ingesteld.
Connexion impossible
Impossible d’accéder à l’app depuis la mise à jour du 27 juin!
Chaudière au gaz et option geofencing
J utilise Vicare pour ma chaudiere au gaz Vitocrossal 300. L application Vicare est aujourd’hui bien complète et facile d utilisation. Je trouve navrant que la seule option vraiment utile pour une chaudière au gaz de Vicare+, le geofencing soit payante.

Zeer goed tot sinds kort…
Sinds een paar dagen toont de app enkel het rode Viessmann startscherm dat blijft laden…
Na herinstallatie van de app werkt deze weer keurig!
Probleem
Sinds enkele dagen werkt de app niet meer. Hij blijft gewoon draaien?
