Alle toestellen zijn plots verdwenen

Sinds een week of 2 zijn alle aangesloten toestellen plotseling verdwenen. Maar wat erger is, ik kan ze niet meer aanmelden en dat is zeer spijtig want de bediening via de iPhone werkte zeer gemakkelijk. Nog een extra tip: we missen dat je andere personen van het gezin kunt uitnodigen in de bedieningsapp zoals bijv bij ONECTA Dainkin. Hopelijk komt er snel een update met de verbeteringen.

No longer usable

Since about a week, the app is hopelessly buggy. Have to sign out and in each time to use it. Asking me about newsletter each time, not seeing devices anymore. Fix it asap!!

Can’t use app since last update

I was always very pleased about the app, but since the last update it isn’t working anymore. Messages still appear on my phone, but as soon as you want to open the app it freezes. So can’t really be used now. 😔 My only option is to remove the app and reinstall it each and every time I want to use it, hoping that the bug gets solved that way.

App not working properly

Linked all devices yet every time the app signs out so you have to start all over again. Utter crap!

App issues

Since last week, the app is always asking to subscribe to the Miele newsletter every time you start the application. Login credentials are not applied anymore, so you need to login each time you use the application. Firmware update of model WWH860 also not visible and updatetable? Model TWL780WP is OK. Also not possible to integrate with Home Assistant :-(

BUG!!!

Appliance data cannot be updated! Chaque fois je dois déconnecter/connecter. Ma femme as la même soucis. MaJ besoin!!!! Sinon 5*

App SW is rubbish

App keeps displaying no data connection, have to log off/in every time to keep it working.

App werkt niet!!!!!

Welgeteld 2x heeft app gewerkt. Daarna niks meer, er kan geen data worden geconfigureerd. Alles opnieuw gedaan, de app, de wasmachine, internetverbinding,….. . Na één enkele keer wassen, terug hetzelfde liedje. Ik heb de machine nu 2 weken, dat kan toch niet. Ik heb veel geld betaald voor een miele met app, omdat mijn wasmachine in de schuur staat en ik dus telkens naar buiten moest om te kijken of die klaar was. Maar zorg dan dat de app WERKT!!!!!
