I enjoy chiefly that it shows the whole scale of aperture and shutter speeds for a reading. Just like a spot meter would. But that’s the tip of the iceberg. It offers spot and manual averaging of exposure readings and so much more!

The best light meter app, with a wonderful dev on top of that
Absolutely phenomenal app, the interface might take a little getting used to at first, but once you get the hang of it you’ll find other light meter apps lacking. With much attention to detail, the dev is also very responsive to feature requests, improvements and fixes.
Best Meter App
I’ve gotten back into a film photography using vintage ROLLEIFLEX and Mamiya 645 cameras. I was using a different app for metering when my son found this and started using it. He recommended I try it and after one outing I deleted the other app and now use this exclusively. Easy to use and customize, and gets me perfect exposures.
Lightme
This app is really well designed and its perfect
best app ever
for real this is the best app ever!!! helps my photos look great every time!! so easy to use, great interface. the best!
Easy and Very Accurate
The metering is spot on and very easy to use, gives you all possible aperture/shutter speed combinations to achieve normal exposure and even lets you pick what film stock you’re using when setting the film speed.
Excellent tool!
Thank you very much!
Great Free App
Been looking at my analog spot meter, wanting a digital one, found this and it's perfect. It even has left handed settings. There only problem is I bought guanciale and didn't get any. I can't even find it in my state so I continue to use the wrong meat with my carbonara.
Best Phone Meter
Best phone meter I’ve used. Interesting UI implementation, which might be a little overwhelming at first, but really doesn’t hide all the useful features available that most other apps don’t offer.
Support the developer as I feel like this is a fantastic app and should be acknowledged for that.
