One of the worst options out there.

Tried to upgrade my luggage allowance but Apple Pay normally the easiest way to pay kept failing. I then tried with my card, it took the money then got stuck on the “we’re processing your request” it was stuck on this for 15 minutes so I killed the app and restarted it only to find I still had the same luggage allowance but they had taken the money.

Should have guessed that the app would be as awful as the airline Can’t check in online with it, navigating around the app is sooo clumsy and unclear Lesson learned- don’t use the airline or the app

As a software engineer, the moment I opened up the app I thought “oh dear…” When loading the app you see some low resolution carousels that make you feel like you’ve landed on a 80s websites infested with ads and spyware. The app defaults to Vietnamese rather than the system default language as it’s suppose to. This app is some broken garbage. I constantly get error messages, most of which do not make sense. You cannot download your boarding passes (I had to literally take a screenshot of the app and show that to the staff). Also, the flights are also delayed by two hours because the pilots are overworked and cannot safely fly. First and last time that I’m flying with them. Pay more money and fly with Vietnam Airlines instead.

For an airline charging high price the app doesnt work im only trying to download my boarding pass. Awful experience

Cancelled flights with no refund or help, staff were rude. I needed another holiday after flying with these guys. If you need to travel domestic in Vietnam then fly with Vietnam airline or Việt travel airways. They are much better than these liars.

Can you believe that we were a couple checking-in for a domestic flight, me done my wife rejected saying too late , then after almost 10 mins couldn’t board staff saying I’m too late

I wish I had read the reviews first! I have also made two bookings, the app said the payment had failed so I tried again. Both payments have since been taken and no bookings issued. Customer services are very slow to respond via email and I am still trying to get my money back! PLEASE AVOID

Avoid these criminals at all costs.

There’s an error when typing PNR and last name, I can see the flight on the booking page but cannot get a boarding pass.
