How we’ll contact you
Using our app won’t affect how we contact you. Our emails will address you by your title and surname, and include the last four digits of your account number, or the last three digits of your postcode. Any texts we send will come from LLOYDSBANK. Be wary of any message that differs from this – it could be a scam.

Touch ID requires at least iPhone 5s running iOS 10.0 or above or iPad (5th generation), iPad Pro, iPad Air 2, or iPad mini 3 (or later models). Face ID requires either iPhone X or later models, or iPad Pro with Face ID capability (2018 onwards).

Frustrating
It says you can log on immediately if you already use internet banking. However, the process involves Lloyds calling you and asking for the code on your screen. Despite saying the code loud and clear two times, I got the response that the code is wrong. Now I have to wait for a password in the snail mail - about two weeks, knowing what the post is like since Brexit!!

Nice bank but the app needs improved
The app has here and there some bugs so I running often in server side Error codes which looks unprofessional.
The app design could be more fresh (look Neobank competitors)
I feel flooded with a lot of for me not important functions like Marketing agreements, change to digital post, etc.
Please revamp your app and make it to super stable, fast and smooth mobile app.

My phone number was still not changed to +436502100446 and I can not ad recipients nor update my credit interest from abroad
