• The phone number that you’ve registered with us
• A Lloyds Bank personal, Lloyds Bank Islands personal, or Sterling international account

How we’ll contact you
Using our app won’t affect how we contact you. Our emails will address you by your title and surname, and include the last four digits of your account number, or the last three digits of your postcode. Any texts we send will come from LLOYDSBANK. Be wary of any message that differs from this – it could be a scam.

When you use this app we collect anonymous location data to help combat fraud, fix bugs and improve future services.

Touch ID requires at least iPhone 5s running iOS 10.0 or above or iPad (5th generation), iPad Pro, iPad Air 2, or iPad mini 3 (or later models). Face ID requires either iPhone X or later models, or iPad Pro with Face ID capability (2018 onwards).

Everyday Offers is available to Lloyds Bank UK personal current account customers, excluding Basic Account holders, aged 18+ with a debit/credit card who bank online. Terms and conditions apply.

I have had my online account for many years. A couple of months ago I was locked out of my online account. I did not appreciate that it took me many international phone calls costing over 60 pounds before it was finally corrected. It was a fault on your end that prevented international phone calls with the required code coming through , because it was wrongly keyed.

Registration process does not work

With the app on an iPad and on an iPhone 12, the regustration process requires receiving an automated call saying or typing in the numbers displayed on the app. The phone call, received on an iPhone 12, did not come in through the standard phone app and did not accept keyboard input, the voice recognition did not recognize speech (not something I normally have a problem with). It’s a cumbersome process in the first place and useless if it can’t accept input.

I have been on my iPad for over 2 hours trying to create an “On line banking account”. Ho in heavens name do I do it? Please try and help me. I am on the wrong side of 80, and have been with Lloyds for over 60 years. But this is way over my head. So please be kind to me. Sincerely Henry C. Leaves un-deletable notification number

I’ve deleted the app, tried everything I could find on the internet and I can’t get the notification to go away. Googling this appears to be something maintained by the app rather than iphone. Very unfortunate.
