• The phone number that you’ve registered with us
• A Lloyds Bank personal, Lloyds Bank Islands personal, or Sterling international account

Using our app won’t affect how we contact you. Our emails will address you by your title and surname, and include the last four digits of your account number, or the last three digits of your postcode. Any texts we send will come from LLOYDSBANK. For a senior citizen like me with no computer knowledge, Lloyd Bank’s online bank is fast and efficient. Receiver got my transfer in a split of second.

Move my money to my other bank account

I would like to move some of my money to my account of other bank because I found out there’s no interest paid to my Lloyds account. But the bank’s note asked me to call before I transferred my money to my other bank account, I called them and waited for a while… I know what I am doing and it seems like it’s not easy to move out my money from your bank.
