D’une application gratuite et parfaitement fonctionnelle nous sommes passés depuis quelques « mises à jour » à une version payant complètement bancale (la moitié des apps est bloquée sans avoir changé le moindre paramètre). Quelle évolution !
Même en payant, les pubs apparaissent
Avant que le système ne passe en abonnement, énormément de pub étaient supprimées. Depuis, j’ai décidé payer et même en payant les pubs apparaissent… ont a l’impression qu’ils se sont arrangés avec des éditeurs de pubs c’est pas possible autrement…
Contient des achats intégrés non mentionnés par Apple
Ce programme était gratuit et bloquait bien tous ces trackers qui nous vendent de la publicité. Maintenant ça ne bloque plus rien car il faut payer un abonnement pour que le blocage des trackers nuisibles soit effectif. Comment appelle t on ça en français ? Une tromperie sur la marchandise. Ça mérite l’intervention de la répression des fraudes pour pratique trompeuse et publicité mensongère. Soit dit en passant j’accepterais de payer pour acheter un produit sans abonnement mais devant cette pratique trompeuse et déloyale, anglo saxone en fait, je désinstalle ce produit allemand et m’en remet à Adblock qui est gratuit tout en faisant la même chose.
Avant une référence, maintenant inutile
Cette application était autrefois la référence en matière de blocage de trackers et agents publicitaires sur iOS. Mais son fonctionnement occupe maintenant inutilement un emplacement VPN, l’impact sur la batterie est réel et depuis la récente mise à jour il faut payer pour réellement espérer bloquer la majorité des trackers (comme ceux de Facebo…). Vraiment dommage d’avoir viré payant, en passant certaines listes de base derrière le mur de paie. Utilisez plutôt le prochain bloqueur DNS ! (Indice dans cette phrase). Là vous bloguerez gratuitement et facilement l’immensité des URL malveillantes.
V2 à éviter
Attention la v2 vous obligera à passer un abonnement payant si vous voulez continuer d’utiliser le pare-feu avec les blocages principaux qui ne sont plus bloqués sans payer !!! Fuyez cette appli qui se voulait accessible pour tous, mais ça c’était avant !
Nouvelle version 2
La nouvelle version utilise beaucoup plus de batterie que la précédente et cela pose problème
Très utile même sans abonnement
Indispensable pour filtrer toutes les publicités invasives des applis, free-to-play, etc…
Désinstallation v2
Cette application était géniale !!! Je dis était car depuis le passage en v2 : - il faut désormais payer au moins 40€ par ans pour avoir le blocage des principaux trackers ( Google, etc) -elle draine énormément de batterie Bref c’était un must have et c’est devenu un must pay Dommage
Ne pas faire la mise à jour
Version 2.0 devenue inutile (ne bloque plus les trackers marketing, Snapchat etc) à moins de payer près de 100€ par an. Désinstallation et direction Adguard Pro
