Love the freedom to programme different numbers for different users & option for fingerprint. Great to be able to access log to see what has happened & be able to lock and unlock with my phone. A shame that it doesn’t talk to my network, without buying more hardware

No text msg sent for the app verification Solve this plz

Maybe not working in new zealand? It send me emails with 6 digit codes... these dont work. Support says use the text message code not the email code, but theres no te t messages. Sat on the support phone line for a while then got told they were busy and there would be an automated call back. Never happened. Im sure the lock is wonderful, but at the moment its just a piece of junk i cant activate. Please sort out your systems in new zealand if you are going to sell product here.

I bought this smart Lockly for my new house 5months ago. That’s an incredible secure. It had always random access code mixed so you never need to worries about the hack and they’re updating every week. I'm so happy! I highly recommend buying it!

I have had this lock for three years, I had another LOCKLY lock that broke after 1 1/2 years. Great product! Wish they made a stainless steel inner working so as not to corrode.

This is one awesome security Door lock. The camera view is superior allowing you to have a good clear wide view , the keyless keypad combination number rotate is a great plus the 2-way communication allowing you to have dialogue with whom ever is at your front door. The best part is it’s self locking yes if you forget to lock your door it will lock itself within several seconds. Now that’s a great security door lock.

I’ve had the lock for 2 years. The motion detection is no longer sending notifications to my phone.

The WiFi functionality on the lock is terrible. It has never worked correctly from day one in a small condo where the router is only 30 feet away. Cameras work great streaming works great, but the lock does not!

Please don’t buy it

This lock is a battery eater, even when avoiding video usage, it still terrible. The camera position: all I can see is just entering ceiling. Not sure if I can do anything about it. Unhappy with this product.
