Loved the deadbolt functionality at first-but 6 months in it constantly is jamming. We have to hold the door shut tight while it locks or it leaves door open. Super annoying to the point we are having to use garage for kids cause they just close door and walk away. So when it jams they don’t catch it and our door can just be pushed open-not safe at all.

In all honesty I have to say LOCKLY is the only company my family trusts with securing our home. I have two young children with autism who are prone to elopement and their safety is a constant focus for us. Because of LOCKLY my husband and I have a weight of stress lifted off our shoulders knowing our children have extra safe guards in the home. Because of our families needs we always stick with the LOCKLY secure plus childproof edition. Their customer service always exceeds expectations and everyone I’ve spoken to via email or phone has always gone above and beyond with help and communication. There are so many families out there that have family members on the spectrum who are prone to elopement who need safeguards like these. In the future it would be amazing to see this company join programs like OPWDD to help families like mine, especially ones that are financially struggling. All in all do not hesitate to go with LOCKLY locks, they are reliable, high quality and give you peace of mind every day.
