Era excelente pero hace un tiempo dejo de enviarme las notificaciones y no se cual es la razón … he intentado todo pero no logro reprogramar esto q era lo mejor de la App
Got a second lollipop monitor and don’t remember setting up the first being such a nightmare. Right next to the router doing set up and the app keeps saying my password is wrong when it isn’t. Have reset my router, even turned off the firewall with no luck. Will have to return both of the monitors because I don’t want to use two separate apps for baby monitors and I don’t want to waste any more time troubleshooting
The latest update has now locked me out of the app, leaving me no way to monitor my child. Tech support only gets back to you in the middle of the night, so I’m now going on day 4 of being unable to use. App says password is not 6 characters when it is clearly beyond that(reading reviews this seems to be an ongoing problem for a lot of users). Tech support asked for proof of error, I sent it and their response is to try another email, I paid for a service registered to my email.. I don’t want to set up another account 🙄. Awful experience with rectifying this situation.. highly do not recommend lollipop after this encounter.
UPDATE: this app randomly logs you out of your account. Requiring you to take the time to log back in. TERRIBLE for trying to quickly check the camera. Overall I am happy with the lollipop camera and it’s abilities, the quality of the cameras is amazing. The app is terrible. I don’t know who’s idea it was to add an extra step before being able to view your camera, but it the dumbest new feature and needs to be removed. Trying to view the camera off your WiFi “via cloud” is horrible. Takes forever to load and hopefully it’s not an emergency or you’d be screwed..
Ever since you put your Black Friday marketing badge in the app update my camera won’t connect. Great marketing of a completely useless product now.
I can’t even login with an account I have used many times because it says the password is not 6 characters long. Also don’t buy their paid plans because if you ever log out they will never restore the features, even if you provide them the invoice number
I’m a product designer. Here’s the one thing a product must do, WORK! There are multiple sites complaining of what I am complaining of, no connection EVEN THOUGH ALEXA is connected, and a smart television is connected in that very room! I can not get the live video to load it just keeps spinning do NOT buy this product just buy an arlo camera they are cheaper and they WORK!
This camera looks great and is portable but its WiFi capability is a total fail. Never works properly and keeps acting up again and again. Super frustrating.
Keeps saying enter valid email address yet my email is correct! Can’t get pass first step!! Laughable!!!
