Good Camera. Bad app.
The image quality of the camera is great, but the app has constant bugs (camera offline when WiFi signal is perfect, night vision not working in the dark but works during daylight). Customer service were very kind, but want screenshots of what’s happening which is a big ask for someone caring for a newborn 24/7. We’re very time poor and just want the product to work. At this stage, I would not recommend the camera until the app works better. Will be seeking a refund from the retailer we purchased the camera from. Disappointing given how much you pay for the product and any subscriptions through the app.
Camera is good app price isn’t great
Amazing camera! Love the quality and what not. Only think I dislike is the amount you have to pay to get all the features in the app, considering how much you pay for the camera and accessories itself.
Great product
Easy to set up and my wife and I loved being able to get updates at any time. Durable camera, which also looks better than any traditional baby monitor.
Worst update so far
The new layout does not provide any additional functionality at all. In fact I find it even worse to navigate thAn before. On top of that, my camera has now a constant dim white ring illuminated which I cannot turn off. This is not the night vision as it was before, it’s the regular led ring. This is especially disturbing at night time when the baby is supposed to sleep in a dark room. That makes it pretty much useless for night monitoring for us.
Useless WiFi capability
This camera looks great and is portable but its WiFi capability is a total fail. Never works properly and keeps acting up again and again. Super frustrating.

This all is absolute dog poop. Says we have no wifi in the house constantly. It won’t connect at all. It stopped working in the middle of the night. I woke up to find my daughter face down gasping for air. The camera didn’t even alert us. Don’t ever buy this camera. Don’t ever download this app. Do yourself a favor and smash it with a hammer.
Someone was talking to my child
We used lollipop for 3 years and it was great until one night, and that was the last time we used it. Last time this was plugged in someone was talking to my son right before he went to bed. We unplugged it and it has been disconnected ever since.
Updated app now it runs like garbage
I regret updating was actually connecting to the camera just fine before. I was trying to figure out the push to talk feature. Now that I updated it it won’t connect to the camera terrible!
