What actually is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness is defined as paying attention in the present moment, without judgment. Put another way, Mindfulness is about noticing what is happening around you right now.


How do you practice Mindfulness?
There are many ways to practice mindfulness and bring yourself into the present moment, including meditations, breathing exercises, feeling for sensations and more!
For example, try taking a deep breath in through your nose... And breathe out through your mouth. Congratulations! You just did a Mindfulness exercise. In that moment you paid complete attention to your breath, without any judgments.

Subscription Pricing and Terms
The app offers three auto-renewing 'Premium' subscription options which unlocks everything in the app:
Monthly: $6.99 per month
Semi Annually: $24.99 per 6 months
Yearly: $39.99 per year

These prices are for United States customers. Pricing in other countries may vary and actual charges may be converted to your local currency depending on the country of residence.

Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price you purchased the subscription for.

Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your iTunes Account Settings after purchase.

You can turn off auto-renew at any time from your iTunes account settings.

Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

Good app but needs tweaking

A good flexible app for folks like me who love to do various breathing exercises. However, the haptic tap for the Apple Watch needs to be substantial. It’s currently too light. It also needs to occur to indicate a change (new breath or pause). Many people like to breathing exercises without audio and with their eyes shut. It’s nice to do it discretely whilst waiting for a train for example. A haptic tap on the watch is good for that. Willing to change this review if this tweak happens. Thanks.

I bought this app as I’ve tried many others including headspace and realised I get more from this app than any of the others. As well as meditation I like to set up breath timings and this app allows you to do that. Excellent app I do recommend.

I have this app for over a year now and it is the best thing when I come home from a long day at work it helps me calm down before I go to bed and is great after you do yoga or exercise! The best app ever

Promising but flawed -Wake only 70 secs

I like this app on my iPhone but it’s less successful on the Apple Watch. You get a 3 minute mindfulness exercise which is great but the Apple Watch only stays awake for max 70 secs without you having to tap the screen which isn’t ideal when you are going through a breathe exercise. The app should stay on for the exercise then go off or the developers need to find another way to do the exercises within the watch’s wake time. I have deleted the app on my watch but kept it on my phone and I get messages on my watch reminding me to breathe etc. As I say promising but flawed.

No longer works on Apple Watch

I like this app and have used it for some time, however the use on Apple Watch was hit and miss since the last update, but for the last few days has not worked atall. Have deleted & reinstalled on watch several times but no joy !!!
