Can not login with my existing account nor load my upcoming bookings
This app is a disgrace. Lounge Buddy was bought by Amex. I expected much much better.
Online bookings cannot be uploaded to my Apple wallet, despite the wallet icon is in the confirmation email.
I decided to download the app in hopes that that would work.
First, I cannot login with the account that I already have, the only option is to sign in using Apple.
Then, after reluctantly login in with Apple, I tried to upload my existing upcoming booking. As far is I can see there is no option. Geez, that’s like a basic necessity to migrate people to the app Lounge Buddy!
The app was removed from my phone less that two minutes after downloading.
Does not do what it should
I downloaded the app. I payed for access went to the lounge and they denied me access. They sad that they do not work with LoungeBuddy in FCO. Then after contacting the customer service it takes 8 business days before they make a decision. What a runisch AmericanExpress affiliated company. I am not used to such a bad customer service. If you can avails and ask before you buy anything from them at the lounge if they accept it. Especially in Europe!
Expensive/scam?
Easy to book/find lounges, but paid an extra 50%(!) for my booking in advance through the app....,
