Issue with music

The game’s sound is not coming, what’s the issue, can’t play without the music, my all other apps are working fine

why do limited events have no way of giving gems? it’s so hard to get gems after a certain level, it makes it almost impossible to get the memory we want. also, in this recent rerun banner, why does the pity not carry to both the banners like other gacha games? i thought it was going to be a generous game, since i have played other gacha games before. sad to say, this is the worst one when it comes to receiving gems. though the storyline and visuals are great, the lack of gems is really annoying. especially because so many memories are locked and can only be unlocked if they get them through wishes.

I loved this game but…

First of all I really want to say that this is game is really awesome the characters are well developed kinda feels like you’re actually talking interacting with a real person About the story its kinda my genre “sci-fi with a hint of romance” what else do you need so absolutely I loved it the story line I have been completely hooked up and the graphic design are amazing My only problem is here I’m have been quite playing this game for a while with the training and daily bounty hunter challenges still couldn’t able to level up I’m trying and trying hard to keep up still seems couldn’t able to level up and it’s frustrating cause I really want to get into the main story the reason I’m giving it 4stars☹️☹️ Ps: am I playing it wrong please help!

Hello! I’ve been playing the game for a few days now and I’d say I really enjoy it :)) it’s just that it has been crashing since today? The game won’t load beyond logging in it’ll just close up on its own. The thing is it was working fine till morning. Any chance it can be fixed?

The pull system is also kinda rigged so even if you have pity from the last pull there is no guarantee that you will get the card you wanted this time I have spent quite a lot of money in this game and it’s poor customer service always make me question my purchase in this app I am also kinda done with lack of sylus contents in the game we never got any free gifts for sylus even though we get free 4-5 star cards for other love interests but never for sylus …..very disappointed in the service of infold even though I play this game almost every day
