AGHHH I LOVE THIS APP

I LOVE THIS APP SO MUCH ESPECIALLY DIVA RAFAYEL BUT THEIR BACKSTORIES ISTG THEY MAKE ME CRY BUT I LOVE THE APP SM

Not F2P friendly

Not very f2p friendly. So hard to grind for diamonds. The rewards are scarce and rare compared to other gacha games. Starting to get bored after first month of playing as there are not much to do after awhile. Top tier animation but really need more ways to grind for diamonds

Stuck on login screen

The game worked perfectly fine for about a week and now won’t even let me log in. I have more than enough space on my phone and have deleted and re-downloaded the game but just doesn’t seem to work!! Please fix this so I can get my reruns!! Didn’t grind in the abyss for nothing 😡

Greed

The game is fun at first, and the love interests are wonderful and sweet. However, the grind for diamonds is abhorrent and needs to be fixed. You can be 40+ levels into battle and still only getting 20 diamonds for a card that may not be guaranteed until up to 140 pulls later. All 5 love interests are on one banner occasionally. Some love interests are lacking content that the others have, that they SHOULD reasonably have by now. The reruns cost an additional currency that is even harder to get. I can’t enjoy farming when the rewards are so lacking and frustrating to get. You can’t even get enough exp to level up your cards quickly enough!

Infold needs to actually listen to their players and address their concerns, stop ignoring us!

It has gotten to a point where I am genuinely losing my interest of playing this game, which is sad because I actually love it. I love the quality of the animation, the stories, the characters, it’s a brilliant game. Most of my issues lie with Infold as a company and how they conduct themselves. They don’t address or solve problems players bring up to them repeatedly. From the difficulty of mining for the games currency, Diamonds, the more you progress in the game. The lack of content for Sylus, who has been in the game for 8 months, now, and yet doesn’t have the same amount of cards, lacks particular Stellactrum colours, he doesn’t even have a card with the MC in it, whereas Caleb, who was just released, has multiple. Even simple things like being able to change the style and colour of your character hair and clothes outside of the photo-booth. Now that they’ve started to do re-runs, you not only have to pay to get these special “Time Wishes”, so they’re behind a paywall, but they’re charging significantly more for these Wishes. I have just had enough. The greed of this company is getting out of hand and something needs to change.

Getting too greedy

I love this game and have been playing everyday since September but I cannot give this a good rating at the moment. The rerun ticket system and obtaining dias is ridiculous unless you want to spend heaps of real money. This isn’t a F2p friendly game. (And I’m saying that as a spender) Please fix, Infold!!

Hostile to f2p players

This game is becoming increasingly actively hostile towards f2p players and even those who only spend small amounts. You shouldn't have to be a whale player to be able to pull for only one LI. Deepspace trials & Abyssal Chaos give minimal diamonds and there are almost no ways for long term players to successfully grind enough diamonds to be able to pull a banner enough times to guarantee getting ONE card from the banner. Beyond disgusting and greedy, probably the most big backed company ever. They have now started re-runs and the only way to pull for these cards is to spend real money, completely unfair for f2p players. Creating a new type of tickets just for re-runs that are only accessible by spending real world money is disgraceful.
