Might Be Spectacular - Might Not…

Not very intuitive - so need to play a round a bit to figure out how the app actually saves data. Also, seems to have good linkages to Apple’s Health program but again need to spend considerable amount of time how to set it up. Still working through the process and it it works the way I think it might - it will be SPECTACULAR. If not, then it’s just another broken app with big promises. I’m really hoping it works how I think it might - the developers are on to big things if it does. Update - This app is AMAZING!!! The AI component searches for any food / any brand and provides fabulous reviews. This app is a 10 out of 5. If your going living with IBS and can’t figure out the triggers - you absolutely NEED this app.

I love this app. It is so quick to do a food journal. I used to do it in a word file and it was so long ! I love how I can record my meals and my symptoms separately and that I can look at my intake of fodmap and my symptoms on a graph. I would love to have a bigger graph and to scroll back in the past but it is good enough.
