The application crash once open. I'm using an iPad Pro 11 inch with iPad OS 14

剛開完空白diagram 就閃退

用這優質的軟體做漂亮的diagram開心的做到一半跟我說到達上限然後就不能新增東西了，除非花錢

本來如果不好用刪除就好，但這體驗實在差到一個不行，令人想不抱怨都很難，用pencil連防手觸的功能都沒有，把手懸空當寫毛筆字也就算了，放個方框改個文字都無法，點半天長按都沒反應，基本操作都有困難還想要收費是有什麼事嗎？

What’s the point of paying for a subscription if they don’t allow access with an individual subscription? Their competitors do this so why can’t they?

I really like Lucid Chart and use it for my business operations and to create clear charts, but the fact it's not available for individuals is making me reconsider my subscription. Additionally, the website redirects me to the app, which I cannot use. Let's fix this please.

I’ve been a user of Lucidchart for 10 years and was able to use this app with my individual subscription to access documents on the go. You’ve been slowly taking away features and access to the everyday user while pushing other products. I don’t understand why you can’t allow individual users access to their files on the mobile appsubscription should cover this.
