Lost my diagrams

Lost my diagrams when LucidChart discontinued individual license app use. Can’t log in to access them. Thanks, guys.

Keep crashing

App keeps crashing on iOS 17 at login and it’s unusable.

Not worth it anymore

App allows you to only create 3 charts now. Not worth it. Back to Freeform.

Decent app, now taking away Indiv. App users

I’ve been using this app for years and it’s a decent app does what it says it can do and functions quite well. But as of August 2023, they’re no longer allowing individual subscription users to use the iOS app which I think is better utter Rubbish. And apparently apples fault, as their e-mail says? Unless you have a corporate or teams subscription - what about people who are teams of one that need these tools? Guess I’ll be going back to GOOGLE sketch up or some other competitor. Thanks!

Bait and switch

Another subscription bait and switch. No thanks. Went back to Freeform, it can do everything this does and a lot more!

Uniformed Charge

I had signed up for a free trial the last year. I had unsubscribed through Apple but it seems it didn’t workout. I was recently charged for the renewal whereas I’ve never ever used this app since the last year. Moreover, I wasn’t even informed about the upcoming deduction/renewal. I found out when I received an invoice from Lucid. There’s no customer service number to reach out to. I need a refund for this uninformed deduction! Thanks.

Very buggy

Unable to switch between worksheet under 1 document

No offline support

Diagrams can’t be stored locally (offline) with the exception of your most recent file. Pro subscription is too expensive, but might almost be worth it this didn’t lock you into storing everything on their servers.

Constantly buggy on my iPad

Locks boxes into place, doesn’t apply text unless I restart app, teleports boxes that I can’t move back

Overall good but

Good app, but it’s almost impossible to edit the text inside the boxes. The keyboard doesn’t appear to write.
