I RECEIVED A WRONG SIZE AND ONE DEFFECTIVE ITEM AND I WANNA RETURN IT BUT THE APP IS NOT ALLOWING ME I ORDERED A SIZE 6 but received size 39! AND ONE SANDALS U CANT EVEN WALK ON IT TOTALLY DEFECTIVE! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS POOR THAT WAJDI CANT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH! AND IF SHE IS A LADY AND SHE DOES NOT UNDERSTAND THAT SIZE 39 AND SIZE 6 IS DIFFERENT!!!

I bought Havaianas slippers to this shop and it was really super fake! Soooo shameful cause I bought a lot to give it as a gifts to my relatives and it turned out it was fake! I should have bought from BRANDS FOR LESS.

Application is not working properly at all. They have lots of items on sale yet once you view the item you could not open it or it says under maintenance or whatsoever. Not a good application. Waste of time

Misleading cashback offer. The cashback which I got cannot be used one time and can be used only 10% of it. Without giving or mentioning a T&C.

It seems your service is focused on quantity rather than quality. Having one delivery person handle multiple deliveries across Qatar is not efficient. Do you assume Qatar is a small country, or that the receiver is available at any given time? If you're aiming for more customers, you should focus on quality first. Only then will more people choose to order online.

Have a rude/bad customer service and courier service. Delivery conflicts always happened. courier is very on demanding and the customer service reps are incompetent.

Not recommended.. much better go to Amazon online.. imagine you ordered exact and you paid for it. Then you’ll receive other sizes and if you ask for refund the hell your payments will deducted to their MISTAKE..

They r putting item for sale & its not available, when i asked refund, according to them already refunded but when i check my bank they said nothing appeared in the system. Almost 1 month now & still following up for my return.
