Ik ben al heel enthousiast over de mogelijkheden. Maar wanneer ik de begeleiding van de app in het Nederlands zou kunnen lezen zou dat nog vele malen waardevoller kunnen zijn! Wanneer zijn jullie zover? Ik kan niet wachten tot de lancering!

Ik ben zeer verheugd met het gebruik van lumen. Het geeft mij duidelijk inzicht in vet en glycogeen verbranding en corresponderend voedingsadvies helpt mij mijn doel te bereiken. Topper
Useless IOT junk
Lumen changed business model to service based after I bought one unused from a kickstarter backer rendering it useless. Even before this it is of questionable use, unless you need a device to breathe into fat too long and far too often to tell you to live a healthier lifestyle. There are better ways to lose weight without spending money on a device with no direct correlation to weight loss, I know as I subsequently did, even without the carb reductions. I made a mistake - but have learnt this company should not be trusted.

Although bought it vase on reviews thought at start it is just a Keto assistance device . After using it a week . More and more Enthusiastic . By measuring and intake advices I can eat a significant amount of carbs. Which is for me enough . Then their is a boost day where I only have to think about fat intake and can eat almost what I want

I want to compliment you with the lay-out and the hand’sensation’ of the Lumen device. Also the way the top smooths back on still surprises me pleasantly, after almost two weeks!! Also the back up and check ins of the people who work for Lumen is amazing: although I always get an answer on the device just before I am about to pose a question. Lumen gave me exactly the insight I was looking for.
