The game runs at 15-30fps on m2 iPad Pro. The audio is not synced with the visuals and it’s delayed. You can’t see the contents of the bundles on the store that cost real money. To me this game is a cash grab and the developers do not care about the user at all
The magic game is addictive but that’s not the point. I’m reviewing the application itself which is very slow to boot, has difficulties switching from mobile data to Wi-fi and vice versa. Interfaces feel clunky and deck-building is tedious. Often time the metagame crashes with tutorial graphics and all sorts of tooltips all over the menus. HUD elements are also breaking with avatar defaulting to “Ajani”, wrongful/missing highlights and missing cards in hand. The game is also lagging from time to time on iPhone 12 pro. In general it’s playable game but the user experience could be much better.

The game is cool and the mobile version is as good as the desktop one.
Says not enough space when I have 20x the space necessary available. I’m a new player that was looking to get into this but based on this experience and all the recent poor reviews, I will steer clear.
In order to make the games “fair” the game interferes with who goes first, which cards you draw, and which decks you play. Although they claim to be random, the better deck you have the more they screw with your gameplay to make it even. Also 90% of the players just stuff their deck with 30 exile, destroy, or board wipes. I guess that’s just a problem with magic in general. Every new series that gets launched each week has new cards that cost one mana and obliterate every card in your opponents deck.
the money yOu spend on this app to feed people that clearly hate people that play this game well. yoU can avoid all of thIs trash and buy cards from the secondary market and pull profits from wizards (the people that hate you) and feed lGs owners (the people that love you) !!! I

Don’t waste your time with this game. Play any other available card game. The shuffler is awful, the game is constantly bugged. Pay to win, but still pay to loose somehow. The game is determined before you start playing. I miss the old magic.
When you play this game for years you notice when the game just lets you when dose not feel like paper mtg at all, still play it everyday thumb downs for life!
