Magnit VMS Mobile allows contingent workforce managers to quickly review and approve timecards, expenses, statement-of-work (SOW) billing, and other notifications and requests, from their phone. • Workers - Magnit VMS Mobile can be activated only if the end user works for a company using Magnit’s integrated vendor management system (VMS) and managed services provider (MSP) solution.

• The ability to sign in with Face ID® or Touch ID® biometric authentication is at the discretion of the company using Magnit VMS. When enabled, users who do not sign in within a rolling 14 day window using Face ID®/Touch ID® will be prompted to sign in with their password to re-enable biometric authentication as a security precaution.

Clunky not easy to use

App continuously locks me out and says that “is been 14 days since you last logged in” and I have to re authorize Face ID. It’s not easy to use. Simplify!

App does not work

The app does not recognize my credentials. Works fine on the desktop. Unfortunately there os no way to use the browser on the cell phone to input time, keeps sending me to the app. The app that does not work. Tried to call customer support. Guess what? If its weekend or holiday-no support! Worst time keeping app ever. As a travel nurse i started to refuse assignments where they use wand as a time keeping system. And i state why i refuse assignments. Worst experience ever. These 5star ratings a bogus!

The worst!

Simply put the app doesn’t work. You have to use a computer to do everything. The website also won’t work on your phone because it only wants you to use the app.. the same app that doesn’t work. I’ve never written a review on an app before but this one is truly terrible. Your log in will not work on the phone but will work on a desktop. You will have to have everyone from your agency help you everytime you want to clock in.

Cannot log in; Prompted to reset password

After creating new passwords as prompted, I am still unable to log into the app. I have deleted and reinstalled the app with no luck of being able to log in. What am I doing wrong?

Just Terrible

As a travel nurse, this is the worst app I’ve ever had the displeasure of being forced to use. Just inputting hours worked is a full time job. It’s awful.

Horrible

Literally the worst time keeping app I’ve ever used as a travel nurse! I wouldn’t recommend this to any company! Im literally about to leave an assignment because of the difficulties submitting time. It’s like a second job I refuse to take! If you see a company using this RUN!

Scope for improvement

I use it mainly for submitting timesheets, the best part is copy from previous week functionality; a small feature but darn useful compared to the website. Wish it an option to clear and save blank data for one specific day somewhat similar to ‘Did not work this week’ say ‘Did not work for this day’

Worst possible company and app ever

This is the worst app and platform ever. This entire system needs to be reworked. Every week I’m having issues submitting my timesheet, the app is basically useless for me because it keeps saying my password is incorrect but I can log on the web using the same password, this is extremely frustrating !!!!

One of the worst apps I’ve ever used.

It’s awful. Some days you can log in other days you can’t. It’s frustrating especially as this is how you’re able to bill employers. The website is also an awful interface. The developers should be ashamed.
