Static app neglected by owner
This app is a great disappointment. It never improves in time and if anything it gets worse every few months. Features are gradually removed and some bugs are allowed to develop and persist. For example in the reports when the number of opens passes the 200 mark the latest beyond 200 are not visualised. Charting trends could be easily added to enrich the experience of reading the reports but this never happens. In any case MailChimp fails to provide any direct line to feedback. I have been using this app for three years and I’ve never seen a new feature added.
