Mailchimp Email Marketing

I asked for phone support. They said, “that’s currently only offered to premium members” Not sure what that means. I went from $10+ website only. To adding marketing $15+ SMS $25 Mailchimp alone $55/mo Oh and a 3rd party domain. $20/yr Which is my biggest issue. Connecting the Domain to their screen shot images isn’t helping. Try to get support and they don’t want to help me via phone. I guess my almost $700/yr isn’t premium enough.

I just started sending newsletters with this system, so I am still learning. So far so good and looking forward to positive results.

Do not use them they only deal with you by email and they don’t respond to inquiries for weeks if at all. You can’t cancel the payment monthly.

Easy to use and top of class!

Though I love this app, there are many hiccups in the mobile version. For instance, it’s impossible to properly. Adjust your header if you’ve added a photo. it doesn’t give you the option to crop a photo, etc..

Constant bugs. Not worth bothering with. Scheduled sends don’t always appear. Editing is inconsistent.

One of the absolute BEST tools available for business owners and entrepreneurs. The marketing options on here completely outdo anything google or social media could ever offer.

Not user friendly and horrible customer support!
