Usability for free
I have tried so many apps through years and it’s the most efficient free app. You can do so many things without a single €! So good that I am considering to buy a premium account just because they are so good for free! Imagine the premium !!!

Several options not working
1) When you get a notification of a campaign sent and tap to view the report on the app, the app doesnt show you the actual campaign, but the last account that you show. So you dont know which campaign the notification was about! 2) when you add new accounts on mailchimp, there is no way to see them on the app. It doesnt refresh to show new client accounts connected with your account! Funny that nobody from the team noticed these errors.
Secretly charged thousands in hidden fees - do NOT USE THIS SERVICE
I used Mailchimp for two years, but in the second year, they started adding additional contact fees to the order of $1000 per month without informing me or giving you the option to adjust my plan. When I tried to cancel, they gave me the runaround and tried to delay my cancellation, long enough to bill me for another month, which they successfully managed to do. This is a perfect example of a big company giving zero care or concern to their users. Their product is mediocre compared to other options, but this risk is not worth it at all
Over half my email list not receiving emails.
I’ve been using mail chimp for a long time and it’s been brought to my attention after asking why only 30 people open my emails that some are going to spam folders and others are not receiving my emails at all. I will not be using service anymore. Super irritating to pay money for something that isn’t working for months.
