Easy to use and top of class!

Bugs

Though I love this app, there are many hiccups in the mobile version. For instance, it’s impossible to properly. Adjust your header if you’ve added a photo. it doesn’t give you the option to crop a photo, etc..

Buggy mess

Constant bugs. Not worth bothering with. Scheduled sends don’t always appear. Editing is inconsistent.

New Subscriber List Gone

It was super helpful to see who my new subscribers were when new landing pages were published. Now that the listing is no longer available, it makes it super challenging to reach out to those potential clients when I’m not at a desktop. I wish the listing was still available.

App does not work

Every time I open the APP it immediately closes itself. I have uninstalled/reinstalled multiple times.

Grown to love mailchimp

Over the years I’ve grown to love mailchimp and all the integrations it has. It would be 5 stars but because I can’t edit landing pages on mobile I think that’s a little silly to not have the functionality available. Otherwise it’s great.

App deleting all my campaigns

I cannot edit any campaign in the app, because as soon as I do, and I hit save and exit, the campaign disappears. I have replicated this on two different phones, with campaigns that were started on two different computers. When I contacted customer service, they said it was my problem because my account was fine. When I asked them to try to replicate my issue on the app, they said they couldn’t test out the app, they didn’t have access, but I should leave a review here. So here it is.
