The worst and irresponsible airline I've ever met. Flight is canceled and it is clear to be responsible and the next flight is not there and on the D day you will get news. The losses made by the airline do not want to compensate.

Unable to check in online using either app on iphone, nor ipad, nor even safari, nor google chrome. Can only check in using computer. The contact person on website cannot speak proper english, and not helping at all. Such a waste of time and money.

It was my first time flying with MH. Unlike other airline applications, online check-in using this application was a nightmare. It seems the application was made under the spirit: if you can make it difficult, why make it easy. Thank God on the fly back, we took other airline whose online check-in was user friendly.

Great MH ! I have credit on my last cancelled travel due to covid about 3 yrs ago, and MH still remind me to use it, and today I have book my itinerary to Malay easily from my MH Mobile App and redeem my last three years aged voucher without any additional question. Awesome MH made her customer more loyal, eventhough voucher has been issued more than 2 years but still valid!!!!

WHy can OPEn In iPhone now

After update, cannot logon to my account. Error code 16.

After I set up everything... is can’t get trough... I log in from safari can log in but When I use the app I can’t log in .... fix it like now as urgent for now

After updated to iOS 11.4.1, MAS app crashed after enrich login/check my booking. Please fix it..

Why is really hard for me to put my upcoming trips? And I can't move my enrich card data to this application.

I would like to update my travel preference by the app but cannot update. Please do fix all the system in this app.
