非常糟糕的搭乘感受
印度飛台灣MH199空乘小姐，座位區隨行箱被佔用，竟然跟我說先上先放！不可置信的般空專業服務素質。
希望有中文的友善介面
雖然重點的操作大致可以看懂，但要完整的了解整個功能還是吃力，可以的話希望能加入中文化的介面！謝謝你。

App crashes/shut down continuously
I have updated the app but whenever it’s time to check in my flight. The app just automatically closes/crashes on its own. Had to click the “My trip” button below in the app to check in. Please fix this problem immediately!

I can’t seem to book my flights using the app since the buttons for lite, basic, flex do not appear for me to select. It’s just frustrating. Can you update the app in order for all of us to be able to use the app more effectively

Glitch in app
The app shows a glaring defect in that the hyperlink select button is often missing on both the outbound and inbound options on booking for both economy and business Have complained to customer service. All they do is direct to book for you on the phone and / or ask you to use the website on the computer WTH is there a bug or not a bug ? Let us know and show us how to fix it SC
