Malaysia Airlines FAQ
Is Malaysia Airlines free?
Yes, Malaysia Airlines is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is Malaysia Airlines legit?
🤔 The Malaysia Airlines app's quality is mixed. Some users are satisfied, while others report issues. Consider reading individual reviews for more context.
Don’t ever book any flights by this airline. Worst national airline with lousy customer service and app! Call center just picks up the phone but will never be able to solve the problems, and it is high likely to end up with cancellation of the flight. You’d better save cancellation fee by not booking any flights by Malaysia Airlines. I am telling you!
Excellent and Trusted App
When the first version came out, i hated it because i can’t do/check a lot of stuff i.e. no login and unstable etc. Now the have put everything the old app has into the new app and enhanced the look and feel the same as purchasing it in PC. Thanks MAS, keep up the good work.

Please Fix A-Z
I would like to update my travel preference by the app but cannot update. Please do fix all the system in this app.
Booking confirmation birthdate not follow Traveller's information
I book ticket flight and choose travellers information for my convenience, no need to refill again. But end up after complete booking, birthdate is wrong years. Now become inconvenient for the passengers to go check in at counter. PLEASE TEST IT PROPERLY. TERIBBLE APPS. BIRTHDATE IS IMPORTANT.

Good service
Excellent
Can’t Login
Super App. Doesn’t allow you to login. Spend money to create a pointless non functioning app.
Disappointing devs
Logging in to myEnrich has always been a problem on browser and on apps. Always API error on CAPTCHA whenever logging in on browser and always error whenever logging in on apps. Has been like this for almost 3 years. Step up your game if you want to be Malaysia’s No.1 flight operator. Airasia is better in terms of User Interface. Such a disgrace
Seat pre allocated
Bought a ticket of 12 pax but when checkin from KL to KK, the apps given us all seat together but when return the seats were all scattered. I have two elderly passengers over 80 have to sit alone at center seat. The application not good and can’t find places to choose vegetarian meal for my mum.
